Garrett Day

As CIO, Garrett leads the technological vision for Cary Oil, developing and executing an IT strategy that drives innovation, safeguards security, and supports every business unit’s growth. He holds a BBA in Computer Information Systems from James Madison University and oversees IT operations, streamlines processes, ensures compliance with government regulations, and forges strategic partnerships with technology providers. Garrett is dedicated to building a resilient infrastructure that keeps systems running at peak performance and positions the company for long-term success.

A Virginia Beach native now living in Cary with his wife and three children, Garrett stays active by coaching lacrosse, playing golf, and enjoying time at the Durham Wildlife Club. In his free time he’s a proud supporter of the Washington Commanders, the Capitals, and the Carolina Hurricanes.
