Kristin Congelli

Kristin leads the people strategy for Cary Oil’s parent company, aligning talent and culture across a diverse portfolio of businesses including Cary Oil Company, Mackenan Property Group, and Petroleum Information Exchange (PIX). She joined the family of companies in 2016 at Breeze Thru Markets, where she built the HR framework for the growing convenience store chain. In 2022, she became CHRO, expanding her reach to develop tailored HR solutions for each business under the company’s umbrella.

A graduate of Meredith College with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Human Resources, Kristin is a former college athlete who brings drive and teamwork to her leadership. Family is central to everything Kristin does. Inspired by her early experiences in her family’s furniture business, she has built a career centered on supporting family enterprises and fostering environments where core values are honored and people and organizations thrive. And when she’s not in the office, you can find her coaching her daughters in basketball or cheering on the Wolfpack with her husband and girls.
