Adam Lauth

With 14 years’ experience in the fuel industry prior to joining Cary Oil, Adam brings deep expertise and a thoughtful, steady approach to leadership. Since joining Cary Oil in 2019, he has built a track record of sound judgment, collaboration, and a commitment to improving how we serve our customers and support our teams. In his previous roles, he and his team strengthened collaboration across departments and enhanced operational processes that have improved accuracy, efficiency, and service for our customers. As Vice President of Branded Operations, Adam will build on this foundation by leading and developing teams that advance our branded strategy, deepening key partnerships, and ensure we continue to deliver exceptional service to our dealers and communities.

Adam attended college at the University of Findlay in Ohio graduating with a double major in Marketing and Business Administration and a minor in Operations and Logistics. In his spare time, he enjoys attending sporting events, golfing, and attending his 3 children’s activities. Adam also dedicated several years to coaching youth softball.
