Josh Young

Josh Young is a results-driven leader with nearly a decade of experience spanning enterprise sales, team development, and strategic execution in the energy and fuel distribution industry. As Vice President of Strategy and Integration at Cary Oil, he partners with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align priorities, strengthen organizational infrastructure, and support scalable, long-term growth. His work bridges IT, HR, operations, and P&L leaders to ensure the systems and processes behind the business enable its vision for the future.

Before joining Cary Oil, Josh built a career leading new business growth and developing high-performing sales teams within the fuel distribution sector. Known for cultivating talent and translating big goals into practical results, he brings a blend of sales expertise, team leadership, and strategic insight to his role today.

Josh earned his MBA with a concentration in Strategy from Emory University and holds a Bachelor of Science from Liberty University.

At his core, Josh is a builder—driven by a desire to create lasting value. That mindset aligns naturally with Cary Oil’s commitment to integrity, strong relationships, and meaningful impact.

Outside of work, Josh and his wife stay busy with their two young boys.
